Workforce Planning Application
During my free time, I wanted to expand my experience from space and defense industries and to be able to learn more about what it takes to design in a SASS environment. I decided to create a mock design challenge, imagining it to be for a large manufacturing company, who I cannot disclose the name of.
BACKGROUND.
The challenge here was to design a solution that would be used for Directors & Managers of a large manufacturing company, to view and plan their team's workforces.

REQUIREMENTS.
Some design requirements that I had to keep in mind while working on this app are as following:
Users should be able to see current team members skills, competencies, key employement data, flight risk indicators, and performance review data.
Managers need the ability to input notes, and update data against employees
Users should also be able to see gaps in skills and competiences that they have on their teams, as well as provide insights to the users on workforce planning and career development for the team.
